aw thank you! it depends, most of the time I do my makeup and then put together an outfit, but if I have a specific outfit in mind like a bright red dress, I usually end up matching it with a similar red lip shade, and if my outfit is more sporty/casual, I tend to do more heavier glam makeup because I like how it goes together, other than that I don’t really tend to match outfits to makeup very often
just wear whatever makes you happy and don’t worry about what other people think :) if you’re struggling to find a personal style, save any inspiring images of outfits you see on other people, keep those pieces in mind when you’re shopping and when you try things on in stores try everything on that jumps out at you, not just stuff that you would normally pick, you may end up finding new styles that work well for you, & try to only buy things that you feel good in
man: you looked prettier when you had longer hair, that’s just my opinion hahah
me: you look ugly all the time, that’s also just my opinion

i totes get that! & exactly, like just because i haven’t experienced something doesn’t mean i’m gonna go through someone’s posts just to discount their experience, men are so fucking bizarre, they’d rather spin around in circles than actually believe a woman for anything lmao
uh yes, it literally happened to me over the summer? women are never concerned about my bra straps because we don’t all see shame or embarrassment in having the straps show. guys can have their entire underwear sticking out and no one is concerned. what a weird fucking thing to message someone
me:
some guy: you should really try keto, I used to move via terrestrial locomotion too but now i’m so fit that my human vessel has transformed, my limbs have retracted inside me for better torque as I’m strictly airborne & made up entirely of noble gases now, I also have gills
lmaoooooo, i so appreciate the thought and the fact that you kept this wholesome was especially appreciated, but i just have to point out that my name is technically pronounced thur-shna, two syllables, so i’m not sure it works as well as dar-sha-na
